Diamond Assorting
Our expert team of skilled assorters select the determined diamonds. Every diamond is rigorously checked for continuity of cut, carat, clarity and colour before they are set into the jewellery.
Diamond Authenticity
Before further process, CVD machine checks the authenticity of Diamonds.
Jewellery Designing
Our in-house team of professional jewellery Designers backed by CAD/CAM professionals ensure that each piece of diamond jewellery is unique in style.
Issue of Gold to Goldsmith
Gold, alloy and Metals are issued to Goldsmiths to prepare the sockets.
Casting Process
The sockets of Jewellery is prepared through a unique wax casting process.
Manufacturing / QC of Sockets
This department coordinates each and every steps of manufacturing process right from design, creation of the Model to the finalization of the socket.
Metal Purity Check
The purity of gold sockets is checked with testing equipment and marked for further process.
Diamond Issue & Receipt
Before issuing diamonds, the team thoroughly verifies & cross check number of pieces, weight etc.
Color Stone Issue & Receipt
Color stones are issued to Goldsmiths for setting into Jewellery
Diamond Setting
Once the appropriate diamond is selected, our team of setters sets them into the jewellery. The facets of the diamond are expertly filled to ensure that they are perfectly studded with excellent finishing.
Quality Control
Our unique Multi-Tier quality control checking system examine flaws, marks and scratches etc. till the product is finished.
PRECISION EQUIPMENTS
Through high end machines, the process of Inscribing and Soldering etc is carried out.
Polishing
In-house polishing unit polishes the jewellery before & after diamonds setting,
Rhodium Plating
Rhodium plating to the Jewellery is done to achieve a brilliant shine and sparkle. It also provide a durable finish, enhance the appearance and longevity of the Jewel.
Tagging
Every jewellery from Diamond Creations comes with Tagging & Laser marking which includes of all information about product such as weight, numbers of diamond, purity etc.
Supervision & Track Record
Supervision & Track record of every step of jewellery making is done through specially developed integrated software. The history of making can be recalled even after the jewellery is sold over the period. It helps to determine production defects and provide best services to our customers accordingly.
